What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Provide product-specific technical support to customers via email and telephone
• Input customer orders into the online ordering system and manage order anomalies
• Perform routine account-related transactions and maintain customer databases
• Communicate order and customer information to sales personnel
• Assist in developing and refining customer service procedures and processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service or inside sales experience in a corporate environment
• Experience in providing product-specific technical support
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
