What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the strategic communication liaison between customers and the service team
• Identify a customer’s unique needs, goals, and challenges in the title and escrow process
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes for an improved customer closing experience
• Onboard new customers, guiding them through a systematic process to facilitate decision-making
• Assist customers with technical inquiries and troubleshoot issues promptly

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 6-10 years of directly related experience
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Title Insurance, or a related role
• Proven track record of superior customer service
• Advanced to Expert level MS Excel knowledge

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify unique solutions to complex problems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers
