Enterprise Sales Executive (Remote)

Premier Construction Software is expanding, and we’re seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to join our team. You’ll have the chance to work with innovative cloud-based solutions, provide technical leadership during the sales process, and help our clients transform their operations.

What You Will Do

As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team by delivering technical expertise and demonstrating the business value of Premier Construction Software. Your focus will be on helping clients streamline their accounting and project management processes. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as the primary technical resource during pre-sales engagements, guiding clients through product capabilities.
• Demonstrating how Premier’s construction accounting and project management features address customer challenges and deliver ROI.
• Collaborating with the Sales team to qualify opportunities, and tailoring solutions to meet specific client needs.
• Preparing and delivering detailed product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
• Offering insights and best practices to clients, leveraging your knowledge of construction accounting and financial processes.
• Traveling when required to meet clients, lead live demonstrations, and represent Premier at industry events.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Experience in construction accounting or strong familiarity with ERP solutions for the construction industry.
• Proven experience in a technical sales or pre-sales role, preferably in a SaaS or ERP environment.
• A solid understanding of job costing, financial reporting, forecasting, and payroll processes within the construction industry.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to articulate how Premier adds value to construction companies in Australia and New Zealand.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
