About the Role
At Yapla, we have a strong presence in Quebec and aim to accelerate our growth across the rest of Canada. We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Marketing Manager to lead this expansion. You will be responsible for promoting the Yapla platform to non-profits and associations of all sizes across the country, taking into account regional and cultural specificities. This role is pivotal in increasing our visibility and strengthening our position in the Canadian market.
You will work closely with the Marketing Director and the Marketing Manager for Europe, both based in France. Initially, you will be the sole marketing team member in Canada, meaning you will need to both lead and execute marketing initiatives. We anticipate growing the team soon, and you will play a key role in recruitment decisions.
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze market trends and customer data to adapt and refine marketing strategies:
- – Highlight our offerings and services to different audiences (Yapla, Yapla 360, and Professional Services).- Expand Yapla’s presence in English-speaking Canadian regions while consolidating our position in Quebec.
- Contribute to all stages of the AARRR funnel.
- Manage, maintain, and develop our various inbound and outbound acquisition channels (website – SEO, SEA, social media, events, partnerships, etc.).
- Monitor advertising campaigns in collaboration with our agency (SEA).
- Continue developing our content strategy: SEO actions (technical aspects and content writing), implementing lead magnets, etc.
- Set up automated sequences for lead nurturing or other conversion goals related to campaigns (HubSpot CRM).
- Implement tracking elements to monitor the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor key KPIs.
- Collaborate with the entire team to ensure a cohesive message and unified strategy nationwide.
- Work closely with the Product and Customer Success Management (CSM) teams to define and validate key messages to highlight.We are looking for a motivated individual with a strategic vision and a knack for operational execution. You should thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your role will be crucial in driving Yapla’s sustained growth and impact across Canada.
Qualifications
- Fully bilingual in English and French, both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Proficiency with HubSpot CRM.
- Prior experience in digital acquisition and managing online advertising campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of online acquisition channels.
- Proficiency and enthusiasm for tracking and analytics tools (GTM, Google Analytics, Search Console, Amplitude, etc.).
- Bonus: Graphic design skills and proficiency in Figma
- Interest in AI-related topics.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders in both English and French.
- Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for experimentation and exploring new opportunities.
