HUGO BOSS has an exciting opportunity available for an experienced, passionate, and enthusiastic Brand Coordinator as part of our Wholesale team for a 12-month fixed term contract role.

What you can expect:

Reporting into the Head of Wholesale for ANZ, the Brand Coordinator will play a critical role in managing the brand’s operations and presentation in store. You will be responsible for overseeing inventory management, both inbound and outbound, ensuring that our products reach our clients on time and in full. Your tasks will include:

  • Managing order processes and coordinating delivery schedules with the sales and warehouse teams.
  • Processing orders using SAP via Purchase Orders (POs) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).
  • Tracking outbound deliveries to maintain our high standards of customer service.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders, including internal sales, operations, and warehouse teams, as well as freight forwarders across Australia and New Zealand.

Profile description:

Your profile:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong conceptual and strategic thinking
  • Collaborative mindset
  • Ability to manage competing priorities
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in wholesale
  • Experience with SAP nice to have, but not required
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Keen understanding of the retail fashion environment
