As a Freelancer Tech lead(Solution architect level), responsible for designing comprehensive, scalable, and sustainable solutions that meet the complex needs of our clients. Candidate should have expertise in React, J2EE, and Oracle to drive the technical vision, ensure architectural integrity, and guide the development team towards successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement the overall architecture and technical strategy for solutions leveraging React, J2EE, and Oracle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop high-level product specifications and design documents.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and backend architectures.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
• Conduct architectural reviews and code reviews to ensure solutions are aligned with architectural principles.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in software development, with significant experience in solution architecture.
• Skill wise Full stack developer with Java & React. looking for strong React candidate with hands on experience of 5+ Years.
• Deep expertise in front-end technologies including React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Extensive experience with J2EE technologies such as Servlets, JSP, EJB, and RESTful web services, Spring boot.
• Strong proficiency with Oracle databases, including SQL and PL/SQL.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with microservices architecture.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge with cloud platforms.
• Certifications in relevant technologies or architecture frameworks
