Your role in our mission
Product Strategy and Vision: Support product vision, strategy and roadmap in alignment with leadership’s short and long term goals.
Stakeholder Collaboration:- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams, including SME’s, IT, customer success and customer support teams, to ensure alignment on product objectives.
- Engage with external or internal stakeholders, to gather insights and feedback.
Backlog Management:- Prioritize and manage the product backlog to deliver maximum value, balancing short-term needs with long-term goals.
- Translate complex healthcare challenges into actionable user stories and features.
Data and Analytics Integration:- Partner with analytics vendors to leverage predictive modeling, risk stratification, and patient segmentation into Care Management solutions.
- Ensure care management tools provide actionable insights to optimize patient engagement and resource allocation.
- Partner/vendor management as a focus to enhance/accelerate overall product roadmap
Technology Enablement:- Oversee the integration of interoperability standards (e.g., FHIR, HL7) to ensure seamless data exchange between EHRs and other health IT systems.
- Advocate for the use of AI and machine learning to enhance decision support and personalized care planning.
Regulatory and Compliance Knowledge:- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, HITECH, and CMS guidelines.
- Ensure all product features meet necessary compliance and security standards.
Performance Monitoring:- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of PHM (population health management) , UM (utilization management), and CM (case management) initiatives.
- Use data to continuously refine product offerings and report on outcomes to stakeholders.
What we’re looking for
- 7+ years as a senior product manager in the healthcare sector with expertise in population health and/or care management.
- 7+ years of experience with health IT systems, API integration, data interoperability, agile methodologies, and product lifecycle management.
- 7+ years of experience working with onshore and offshore teams and managing business analysts or product owners.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

The pay range for this position is $100,800.00 – $144,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
