Senior Creative Designer Co (Remote)

Innovative Eyewear Inc (NASDAQ: LUCY) is seeking a versatile Senior Creative Designer to lead our brand’s visual presence across digital and physical touchpoints. This role combines UX design, video content creation, packaging, retail displays, and marketing creative to deliver cohesive brand experiences for our cutting-edge eyewear products.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and optimize website user experiences, focusing on conversion and engagement
• Create compelling packaging designs that stand out at retail
• Develop point-of-purchase (POP) displays that capture attention and drive sales
• Design high-performing email marketing campaigns and digital advertisements
• Produce and edit engaging video content for social media and advertising
• Edit and optimize user-generated content (UGC) for various platforms
• Create video ads optimized for different social media platforms
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in multi-channel design (digital and physical)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design, packaging, and marketing creative
• Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar)
• Video editing skills (Premier Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Experience with email marketing platforms and digital ad specifications
• Track record of data-driven design decisions and A/B testing
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related field

Ideal Candidate Will Have

• Experience with UGC content curation and optimization
• Video production and editing expertise
• Experience designing for retail environments and POP displays
• Understanding of packaging production and printing processes
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and HTML email design
• Digital advertising design experience across multiple platforms
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience in eyewear or fashion industry a plus
