About The Role

You will be part of a cross-functional team of growth professionals responsible for optimizing performance across activation, monetization, retention, and LTV expansion. As a remote-first organization, we prioritize performance and ownership. Responsibilities

• Own the product growth roadmap, define and execute the product strategy of big bets and incremental tactics to improve funnel metrics.
• Dive deep into user behavior and data to uncover insights on engagement, pain points, and value drivers. Identify the key factors influencing conversions and churn for both Free and Premium plans, leveraging these to drive growth strategies.
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to improve core funnel metrics.
• Team up with the Growth Marketing team to uncover and capitalize on growth opportunities that span in-app experiences and broader marketing efforts.
• Team up with other product squads to nail go-to-market and the adoption of new features. Bring a growth mindset to the table, offering fresh ideas to elevate product performance.
• Monitor competitors closely and stay updated on the latest AI technology trends.

Qualifications And Prerequisites

• 4+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of executing B2C growth initiatives and driving key growth metrics (activation, retention, monetization, and churn). Alternatively, experience as a founding member of a B2C startup that has achieved product-market fit.
• An analytical mindset and past experience in selecting and tracking key metrics, deriving insights from data, and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent language and communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate thoughts and ideas to various stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Experience setting ambitious goals and delivering to them in a fast-changing environment and learning + iterating quickly if the results are not as expected.
• Hands-on experience with agile development methodologies, analytics tools, wireframing tools, and project tracking tools, such as JIRA.
• Deep understanding of generative AI, with a passion for its potential to automate and enhance workflows.
• A growth mindset: continuously seeking opportunities to test, iterate, and learn. Willing to take calculated risks and follow through on outcomes, while setting high standards for team operations and performance.
