The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team-player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large-scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills. Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to understand our SaaS product and its features.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, errors, and inconsistencies in the application.
• Create detailed and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Prioritize and plan testing activities for each sprint/release.
• Evaluate product functionality and create validation tests.
• Improve QA processes and automate as much as possible.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential problems.
• Investigate the causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience in quality assurance for software products, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, etc.
• Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
