Location: Remote, Pakistan
Hours: Full-time, 7 PM to 11 PM PKT, with flexible daytime availability
Salary Range: PKR 80,000 – PKR 100,000 per month

Working Hours and Availability
- This role requires availability from 7 PM to 11 PM PKT. Meetings during this time are mandatory, and non-compliance will result in disqualification.

Role Overview
As a Paid Ads Specialist (Meta), you will oversee Meta ad campaigns, optimize for maximum ROI, and contribute to social growth initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with advanced Meta Ads expertise looking to broaden their skills in the digital marketing space.
This position will involve a thorough screening and selection process:
- Two interviews following the initial screening to assess your qualifications, technical skills, and alignment with our mission.
- A probation period of 3 months to evaluate your performance and fit within our team.

Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Campaign Management:
- Develop, launch, and optimize ad campaigns across Facebook and Instagram for awareness, lead generation, social growth, fundraising, and retargeting.
- Execute A/B testing to refine ad performance and enhance conversion rates.
- Monitor KPIs like CTR, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition to ensure campaigns meet objectives.
- Optimize ad sets to improve relevance, Quality Scores, and ROI.
Performance Analysis:
- Use tools like Meta Pixel and Google Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Generate reports with actionable insights to drive continuous improvement.
Audience Targeting:
- Utilize advanced audience segmentation strategies for precision targeting.
- Implement retargeting campaigns to engage lapsed or prospective customers effectively.
Other Responsibilities:
- Stay updated on Meta platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital advertising trends.
- Collaborate with creative teams to align ad visuals and messaging with campaign objectives.
Key Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
Experience:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing high-budget campaigns with measurable success.
Technical Skills:
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, audience segmentation, and campaign tracking.
- Familiarity with tools like Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager.
- Experience with programmatic advertising is a plus.
