Key Responsibilities

• Hands-On Coding (50%):

Actively contribute to codebases in technologies like Java, .NET, Python, or Node.js.

Perform code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.

Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications to ensure peak performance.

Prototype and implement technical solutions directly.

• Technical Leadership:

Design and oversee the architecture of robust, scalable solutions.

Provide guidance on best practices, tools, and frameworks.

Act as a mentor to team members, helping them develop technical skills.

• Project Management:

Plan, coordinate, and execute software projects with precision.

Ensure deliverables are on time, within scope, and meet quality standards.

Maintain clear, consistent communication with stakeholders and clients.

Manage risks effectively and adapt plans as needed.

• Communication and Collaboration:

Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Lead team meetings, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.

Foster a positive team culture and resolve conflicts constructively.

• Process Optimization:

Drive the adoption and refinement of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Streamline workflows to improve team productivity.

Ensure comprehensive documentation for technical and functional aspects.

Requirements

• Professional Experience:

At least 8 years of experience in software development, with 4+ years in a technical leadership role.

Proven track record of hands-on coding and delivering complex projects.

• Technical Skills:

Strong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, Node.js, etc.).

Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Expertise in software design principles and performance optimization.

• Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Problem-solving mindset and conflict resolution skills.

• Management Skills:

Experience coordinating and managing multidisciplinary teams.

Proficiency with agile tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar platforms.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects effectively.

• Languages:

Native or advanced Spanish.

Intermediate to advanced English (required).
