We’re seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented business development lead to join our growing team. You’ll be the first dedicated sales rep, playing a pivotal role in building relationships and securing new business from franchise and multi-unit brand small box retail businesses.

We are currently hiring from the following states: California, Florida, Arizona, Utah, and Colorado.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect, qualify, and build relationships with franchise and multi-unit brand small box retail business owners
• Identify and understand clients’ specific digital marketing needs and challenges
• Develop and present customized proposals that showcase Over The Top Marketing’s services and SaaS platform’s value proposition
• Negotiate and close deals
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to contract signing
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have:

• Minimum 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the digital marketing or marketing technology sector
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
• Strong understanding of digital marketing best practices (SEO, PPC, social media, etc.)
• Familiarity with the challenges and opportunities facing franchise and multi-unit brand small-box retail businesses
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with decision-makers
• Data-driven approach to sales and a strong understanding of ROI
• Ambition, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic
• A collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
