Senior Community Strategist – Crypto Project

Job Overview:The

Senior Community Strategist will manage regional community managers and lead the engagement, growth, and management of the community for Palcoin crypto project. This role involves crafting and executing strategies that foster a vibrant, active, and loyal community around the project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive community engagement strategies that align with the project’s goals, focusing on increasing user adoption, retention, and advocacy.

• Community Management: Oversee daily interactions within the community across platforms like Discord, Telegram, X (formerly Twitter), Reddit, and other relevant social media. Manage regional community managers, ensure community guidelines are followed, and foster a positive environment.
• Content Creation: Develop or oversee the creation of content that educates, entertains, and engages the community. This includes AMAs (Ask Me Anything), tutorials, updates, and promotional materials.
• Event Planning: Organize virtual and potentially physical events, meetups, and hackathons to boost community involvement and project visibility.
• Feedback Loop: Establish efficient channels for collecting community feedback, analyzing it, and integrating it into project development and strategy adjustments.
• Partnerships: Work with marketing, PR, Kols and business development teams to leverage partnerships that can enhance community growth and engagement.
• Analytics: Use analytics tools to track community health metrics, engagement levels, and sentiment analysis to refine strategies.
• Crisis Management: Handle any community-related crises or negative sentiments promptly and diplomatically to maintain trust and project integrity.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in community management within the blockchain or cryptocurrency sector (must have)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a diverse audience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools for community interaction.
• Strategic thinking with an ability to plan and execute long-term community engagement plans.
• Experience with content creation and digital marketing.
• Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions.
• Leadership qualities to manage and motivate community moderators.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in marketing, PR, social studies, or roles involving direct community interaction.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology, crypto markets, and related community dynamics.
• Project management skills or experience with tools like Trello, Asana, or similar.
• At least 5 years of work experience is similar role

Location: Remote with potential for travel for events.
