Programador Full Stack (Remote)

OutpostQA is seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development and a strong command of both frontend and backend technologies. This role requires a developer proficient in creating responsive, high-performance web applications from scratch, capable of managing complex integrations, and ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital solutions. Ideal candidates must possess excellent communication skills in English, as collaboration with international teams and clients is essential.

Responsibilities:

● Design, develop, and maintain dynamic web applications, ensuring a seamless user experience across various devices and browsers.

● Collaborate closely with project managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions.

● Build and manage databases, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

● Develop and implement RESTful APIs to facilitate communication between frontend and backend components.

● Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness.

● Conduct code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.

● Document development processes, including architecture, coding, and testing standards.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

● 5+years of experience in full stack development, with demonstrated expertise in both frontend and backend technologies.

● Proficiency in frontend frameworks and libraries, such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.

● Strong experience with backend technologies like Node.js, Python, Java, or .NET.

● Expertise in database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).

● Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

● Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git).

● Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken) for effective collaboration in a multicultural environment.

● Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

● Experience with mobile development frameworks (React Native, Flutter).

● Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.

● Background in API testing and integration, with experience using tools like Postman.

● Short experience managing or mentoring small development teams to ensure alignment and efficient workflow.
