Role Overview

We are looking for a Fundraising Manager to drive our resource mobilization efforts, secure financial support, and expand our impact in empowering people with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify potential funding sources including corporate sponsors, foundations, and grants
• Identify and approach new potential donors, presenting the organization’s mission and funding needs effectively.
• Conduct research to identify potential funding opportunities and trends in CSR funding.
• Research and secure grant opportunities aligned with our mission
• Facilitate the proposal development process and create compelling grant proposals & applications
• Create presentations, and other materials for raising grant funding
• Build strategic partnerships with corporations and institutions
• Prepare reports for leadership and board of directors

Qualifications and Requirements

Experience

• 2-5 years of fundraising experience
• Proven success in securing grants and donations
• Preferred experience in disability, education, or technology non-profits

Skills

• Exceptional communication and networking abilities
• Proficiency in proposal writing
• Efficient at using Research tools and tech platforms to find grant opportunities
• Strong project management skills
• Data-driven strategic thinking
• Excellent presentation and storytelling capabilities

Compensation

• Salary range: ₹8,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum
• Performance-based incentives
