Job Description
Sales & Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the sales and marketing initiatives for our dental product portfolio (Brackets & Wires + Clear Aligners), focusing on premium clinics, team sales, and expanding business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and brand awareness, targeting key accounts and regional distributors.
P&L Management:
- Own and manage the P&L for the dental business unit, ensuring profitability, cost control, and financial targets are met.
- Prepare and track budgets, forecast revenues, and monitor expenses.
Regional Collaboration:
- Work closely with regional teams in Australia, New Zealand, and JPAC to ensure alignment on goals, strategies, and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with international teams to support training, marketing initiatives, and product launches.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions that drive business growth.
- Utilize strong analytical skills to assess sales performance, identify gaps, and recommend actions to improve results.
Product Launch & Training:
- Oversee the introduction of new products, such as Invisalign, to the market.
- Provide leadership and direction for overseas trainers and local teams, ensuring high-quality training and product knowledge dissemination.
KPI Management:
- Establish and manage professional KPIs for the Business Unit, ensuring that team members meet or exceed performance expectations.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a Business Unit Manager or Sales Leadership role within the dental products industry (preferably Invisalign or Clear Aligners).
- Strong P&L management experience with a focus on growth and profitability.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market data and leverage insights for strategic decision-making.
- Experience in sales team management, with a focus on premium clinics and team sales.
- Strong collaboration skills, particularly in working with regional and international teams.
- Previous experience with Invisalign or other clear aligner products is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and presentation skills.
- Ability to travel for training, market visits, and product launches.
