About the Role:
Linking Humans is proud to be recruiting a ServiceNow Technical Consultant with expertise in Customer Service Management (CSM) on behalf of our highly regarded client. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to play a pivotal role in delivering ServiceNow CSM solutions that drive business transformation and elevate customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow CSM solutions tailored to meet client requirements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
* Customise and configure the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, integrations, and dashboards, with a focus on CSM.
* Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and optimisation of solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
* Provide technical guidance and support to clients and internal teams during implementation and beyond.
* Keep up to date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, particularly within the CSM module, and apply them to projects.
* Document technical designs, configurations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain best practices.
Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as a ServiceNow Technical Consultant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on Customer Service Management (CSM).
* Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and module capabilities.
* Hands-on expertise in configuring and developing ServiceNow CSM solutions, including workflows and integrations.
* Strong knowledge of web technologies, including JavaScript, XML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
* ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist – CSM or Certified Application Developer, are highly desirable.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on client engagement.
