What you will do in this role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

· Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email, representing Volkswagen Group with professionalism and enthusiasm.

· Maintain clear and accurate documentation of customer interactions, resolutions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

· Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience.

· Staying updated on Volkswagen Group’s latest offerings, policies, and services to provide customers with accurate and timely information.

· Exhibit warmth and enthusiasm in every customer interaction

· Utilize your knowledge of automotive and digital products to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

• Have a high level of Italian (C1 written and oral) and a good level of English (B2)
• Have 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Are passionate about automotive topics and skilled in digital tech
• Are strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Are excellent problem-solving skills and a creative, solution-oriented mindset.
• Have passion for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and processes at Volkswagen Group.
