Project Manager (Remote)

Are you a passionate Project Manager who enjoys taking charge in planning and organizing awesome projects and campaigns? We’re looking for a Project Manager who is native in Polish and eager to take on international projects, including work for a leading video streaming service.

As a Project Manager at team5pm you’ll be responsible for:

• Basically, you’re the go-to person for talent (actors, influencers and other well known guests) participating in campaigns of our clients. You make sure they have all they need when it comes to social media publication and provide them with both content and information. You’re the bridge between the campaign team and talents and you make sure that all parties involved have a great campaign experience.

• You support our Account Director and Project Manager by making sure all deliverables are met and make sure we meet our client’s goals by distributing and creating awesome content that really hits the mark.

• You continuously improve the project: you implement previous learnings and come up with ways to further develop the projects.

As our ideal Project Manager Manager you’ll bring:

• You have extensive experience working with talents and/or influencers

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 5 years minimum work experience

• You’re great at organizing and always manage to get everything done

• You are structured, communicative, and enjoy interacting with talents

• You speak Polish (native) and English fluently.

• Are you available for 32-40 hours per week?
