About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Planner to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll enjoy the flexibility of working both from home and on-site, contributing to critical substation projects. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, coordinating closely with our multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop, maintain, and update project schedules for substation projects using industry-standard planning tools.

* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align project objectives and timelines.

* Monitor progress and identify risks, delays, and bottlenecks, proposing solutions to keep projects on track.

* Prepare detailed progress reports and presentations for stakeholders and management.

* Ensure compliance with project standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance processes.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Project Planner, preferably with a background in substation projects or similar infrastructure.

* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with diverse teams.

* Flexibility to work on-site and from home, as required by the project needs.
