Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven IT Sales Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of IT solutions, a proven track record in sales, and excellent communication skills. The IT Sales Expert will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining and growing existing accounts, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a proactive, tech-savvy individual with a passion for customer success and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT sector, targeting clients who need software, hardware, and technology services.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored IT solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company s products and services, including technical specifications, benefits, and competitive advantages.
- Solution Selling: Understand client requirements and position IT products and services to address their specific needs, using a consultative sales approach.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Negotiation and Closing: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and finalize deals to achieve sales objectives.
- Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Reporting and Analytics: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline status, and customer information. Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless client experience.
