Our service delivery is powered by a talented team of sales and marketing support specialists based in our agency office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
With a 100% recurring revenue subscription model, we build long-term partnerships with our clients, acting as an extension of their teams.
Job Summary
We are transitioning from founder-led sales to a sales-led organization, and this role is critical to that shift. As our first hire for this transition, you’ll serve as an anchor hire in our portfolio-based, full-cycle sales model.
In this role, you will manage customer relationships from lead acceptance to close, retention, and growth. You’ll inherit a portfolio of existing clients while also managing new accounts and upsell opportunities.
Your initial focus will be to transition relationships with current customers from the founder, ensuring their retention and exploring upsell opportunities. Over time, you’ll also manage inbound sales opportunities from Sales Accepted Leads.

You are effectively an “intrapreneur,” running a book of business within the company. You’ll make objective decisions independently while staying aligned with our goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the customer journey from lead acceptance to retention, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Act as the commercial “eyes and ears” for your portfolio, ensuring relationship health while partnering with the Service Delivery team.
- Maintain accurate HubSpot reporting and forecasting for your book of business.
- Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, with an emphasis on gaining referrals.
- Develop strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention in collaboration with the Service Delivery and Product teams.
- Identify and present opportunities for revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) in sales and account management, preferably in Professional Services. Bonus: Experience selling talent (e.g., recruiting, offshoring) or sales and marketing services.
- Familiarity with complex service-based sales combined with the speed of SaaS sales cycles (<30 days).
- Demonstrated success in both new business acquisition and upselling/cross-selling.
- Strong understanding of offshore talent acquisition and outsourcing for SMBs.
- Results-driven and entrepreneurial in approach.
- Skilled in developing Territory Plans, Account Plans, and Pipeline Coverage Reports.
- Ability to work remotely with occasional in-person meetings in Toronto.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 CAD annually
- Incentives: Performance-based commissions
