About Us

Hello! We are Enviu, a social impact venture-building studio based out of Bangalore, India. Our goal is to build sustainable ventures within the textile industry in India. Our most recent venture Qilin, in its early-stage development, tackles end-of-first-life clothing in the textile value-chain. It aims to create a dynamic platform that facilitates the sale and purchase of second-hand clothes through an online peer-to-peer marketplace model. We are passionate about sustainability and building a community that values reusability and responsible consumption.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Design Assistance: Collaborate with the team to refine, enhance and further develop the user experience and functionality of the Qilin online platform.

• Social Media Management: Maintain and grow Qilin’s Instagram page through regular posts, stories, and creative campaigns.

• Customer Engagement: Interact with users, address queries, and collect feedback to improve the platform and user satisfaction.

• Marketing Support: Assist in creating and executing marketing strategies to expand Qilin’s reach and influence.

Work Schedule

Hybrid Mode: 3 days working from the office at Embassy Golf Links Business Park (Domlur, Bangalore) and 2 days work-from-home. The normal working hours are 9-5.

Duration and Stipend

This internship is for a period of 3 months. We are looking for interns who could start immediately.

The stipend is INR 20,000 per month.

What your day will look like!

• Starting off the day with a cup of tea or coffee to brainstorm the best way to approach the day

• Then assisting the team with developing a vibrant online platform and picking your brain to come up funky website aesthetics and logos.

• After a break, conducting an ideation on identifying the most appropriate AI tools to be integrated onto said platform

• Followed by going through Qilin’s social media, updating the same with latest products, running quirky and aesthetic ad campaigns

• And concluding by having a catch-up and run down of the day over evening snacks and tea!

Qualifications

• Experience with online marketplace development (For example Wix, Shopify etc).

• Basic tech/ web development skills.

• Creative mindset with experience or interest in social media management.

• Understanding of marketing and customer engagement.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Eager to learn and contribute to a growing platform.

• Have a strong interest in sustainable fashion.

• Interested in letting your digital creative juices flow
