We have multiple Customer Service Representatives positions to commence on Monday 3 February 2025. You’ll receive comprehensive training in the office (approx. 5-7 weeks) and then have the flexibility of working from home 5 days a fortnight.
Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 incl super PLUS applicable penalty rates PLUS annual bonus incentive PLUS more
So, what’s the job?
You’ll be the first point of contact for INBOUND customer enquiries and complaints
You’ll provide follow-up advice and support to both external customers and internal stakeholders
You’ll work to meet the KPI’s and quality expectations of the role
You’ll build relationships and rapport with customers, the cornerstone of our success
And what are we looking for?
We are looking for driven individuals who are passionate about the customer experience, enjoy working within a structured environment and are ready grow their career.
You’ll be available to work 5 days a week on a rotating roster Monday-Sunday between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM (AEST) (weekend hours are 9am – 4pm, but you will not be rostered every weekend)
You’ll ideally possess previous contact centre experience or customer service / sales experience
You’ll be able to demonstrate strong verbally and written communication skills
You’ll be a team player and be able to work toward shared goals
You’ll have a quick eye and attention for detail, and be able to use that information wisely
You’ll be on top of your deadlines and match our positive and follow-through attitude
