About the Role:

We’re looking for a seasoned Marketing & Communications Manager to take the lead in shaping and executing our company-wide communication strategies. This role is ideal for someone who excels in managing communications across multiple channels and social media platforms, driving brand visibility, and delivering impactful PR campaigns that resonate globally. You’ll also oversee co-branded partnership activities and ensure consistent, high-quality content across our website and external platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Update and execute brand and communication strategies to align all product lines under the SPH brand and enhance visibility.
• Content Management: Establish and maintain comprehensive content guidelines, ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across all platforms.
• Social Media Management: Oversee the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, etc.) and ensure alignment with SPH’s communication strategies.
• PR & Media Relations: Lead PR campaigns, draft press releases, manage media inquiries, and build relationships with media outlets, partners, and influencers.
• Partnership Marketing: Coordinate co-branded marketing activities with the company’s partner network and support ongoing collaborations.
• Translation & Localization: Manage translation processes to ensure content resonates globally and drives SEO traffic.
• Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze PR, partnership, and social media activities using analytics tools to measure impact and improve outcomes.
• Event Management: Oversee the company’s online and offline events calendar.

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing & communication, journalism, or a related field;
• Minimum of 5 years professional experience in a similar role, ideally in a B2B environment;
• Strong expertise in PR, SMM, partnership marketing, and the latest industry trends;
• Proven ability to independently manage PR strategies, build media relations, and craft compelling press releases;
• Success stories in driving engagement and conversion on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram;
• Exceptional English writing and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics into engaging narratives;
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with experience collaborating cross-functionally with remote teams;
• Demonstrated project management skills, balancing budgets, schedules, and tools;
• A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas;

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in or knowledge of the drone industry, mining, construction, scientific or environmental research;
• Public anti-crisis communication skills;
• Experience with SEO optimization to achieve high organic rankings;
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Chinese, Spanish).
