Quality Assurance Duties And Responsibilities
- Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing a variety of reports to support production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; completing audits.
- Meets quality assurance by analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
- Develops quality assurance plans by conducting analyses; identifying critical control points and preventive measures; monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; and monitoring inventories.
- Validates quality processes and quality attributes, measuring production, documenting evidence, determining operational and performance qualification.
- Maintains and improves quality by completing company, system, compliance, and surveillance audits, and investigating customer complaints.
- Collaborates with other members of management to develop new QA campaigns.
- Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, corrective actions, and re-validations.
- Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Education And Experience Requirements
- BA or BS in appropriate discipline or 5 years QA experience in Health Care in Lew of degree.
- Experience with QA measuring
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, Project Management, and Analytics software
