Position Overview:
We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design and the ability to translate marketing concepts into visually stunning graphics. You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to produce designs that enhance our clients’ brands and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, websites, and advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts that align with campaign goals and brand identity.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design projects and ensure high-quality visual outputs.
• Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Prepare and optimize graphics for various platforms and formats, ensuring usability and accessibility.
• Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, meeting deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles and projects.
• Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
