We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Facebook Media Buyer to join our dynamic team. As a Facebook Media Buyer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing paid social media campaigns to achieve business objectives. You will be responsible for optimizing ad performance, managing budgets, and leveraging data-driven insights to maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, create, and execute effective Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns across various objectives (e.g., lead generation, e-commerce sales, brand awareness).
- Conduct in-depth audience research and build targeted audiences to optimize ad relevance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and make data-driven adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation and tracking spend to avoid overspending or inefficiencies.
- Develop A/B tests for creative, ad copy, targeting, and bidding strategies to continuously improve ad performance.
- Stay up-to-date on Facebook Ads Manager updates, platform trends, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with creative teams to design compelling ad creatives and messaging tailored to target audiences.
- Provide detailed performance reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and propose actionable solutions.
- Manage ad account structures, including creating campaigns, ad sets, and ads with proper naming conventions for clear tracking.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Facebook Media Buyer or in a similar role with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager and related tools, including Power Editor and Business Manager.
- Strong understanding of paid social media strategies, bidding models, and ad placement optimization.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with audience research tools and third-party analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for reporting and collaboration with internal teams and clients.
- Experience in creating and managing retargeting campaigns and custom/lookalike audiences.
- Familiarity with creative best practices for Facebook and Instagram ads.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with pay per call and lead form campaigns and achieving high ROAS.
- Experience generating motor vehicle accident campaigns
- Knowledge of other social media ad platforms, such as TikTok, Snapchat, or LinkedIn.
