Perfect for a Team Leader with 6 months direct Superannuation / Wealth or Investment Platform knowledge OR within a (general) Financial Services Call Centre environment background.
  
The role
Ensure effective service outcomes through coaching of your team. This role requires strong leadership & good Financial Services domain experience to support the team on process, product & customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support a service excellence team culture.
  • Coaching on aspiring to a seamless service experience across communication channels.
  • Participate in management discussions, providing feedback & expertise on process enhancements, process or product training needs.
  • Be an escalation point to internal & client escalations.
  • Ensure Contact Centre, inbound, outbound calls & chats meet service levels.
  • Team monitoring and training.
  • Provide regular updates in product and process change.
  • Daily workflow and task allocation & monitoring.
  • Monitor quality & run regular performance reviews (team & 1-2-1)
  • Provide problem solving subject matter expertise
  • Manage call listing program to identify areas for individual improvement & business opportunities to improve.

Key Requirements

  • 2 years team leader experience
  • Charismatic with the ability to Inspire & motivate people to strive to achieve optimal outcomes & results.
  • Experience within Financial Services – Superannuation, Managed funds or Wealth experience would be a distinct advantage!
  • Knowledge of insurance products and familiarity with platform products and wrap services – is highly preferred.
  • Proven Client Service experience.
  • A calm / considered demeanour when working under pressure & difficult situations.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A continual improvement mindset and a flexible and agile approach in a fast-moving and changing environment
