Key Responsibilities Include:

1. Strategic Leadership

• Oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, focusing on services like Paid Media, SEO and Email marketing.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to maintain innovation and relevance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the agency’s client base and service offerings.
• Shape the agency’s vision and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

2. Client and Team Management

• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact for major accounts.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the executive team and broader staff, promoting a culture of excellence, learning, and collaboration.
• Facilitate internal training programs, to ensure the team is equipped with cutting-edge tools and strategies.
• Oversee the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and ensure client satisfaction with measurable results.
• Promote a client-centric approach, ensuring retention and long-term partnerships.

3. Operational Excellence

• Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring efficient delivery of services and optimized workflows.
• Implement and refine organizational processes to enhance productivity and service quality.
• Manage the agency’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring profitability.
• Ensure compliance with legal guidelines, internal policies, and governance requirements.
• Report to the board of directors on performance metrics, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes.

• Extensive experience in leading teams and driving organizational growth, ideally in a digital marketing or advertising environment.
• Ability to craft and implement high-level strategies that align with market trends and client needs. Strong capability to identify growth opportunities and pivot based on industry developments.
• Proficiency in managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and ensuring agency profitability. Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize ROI.
• Established connections within the digital marketing and advertising industry. Experience in representing the agency at conferences, events, and thought leadership platforms.

2. Team & Operational Management

• Exceptional skills in mentoring and developing executive teams. Fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
• Expertise in streamlining processes and implementing systems to improve agency efficiency.
• Ability to handle challenging situations, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions under pressure.

3. Digital Marketing Expertise
