Lead Ai Evangelist (Remote)

Job Description

We are looking for a Lead AI Evangelist, who will drive the organization’s AI innovation strategy, champion transformative initiatives, and serve as the leading advocate for AI-driven advancements. By combining strategic vision, thought leadership, and hands-on implementation, you will inspire teams to adopt AI methodologies that deliver measurable business impact.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

• Proven experience (2+ years) in artificial intelligence, machine learning, or data science, with at least
• +3 years of experience in leadership roles managing AI teams or strategic projects.
• Strong knowledge of how Developer AI Tools work and integrate in the Development Lifecycle
• Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs) and prompt engineering; comfortable experimenting with generative AI techniques to develop new capabilities and features.
• Hands-on experience with tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Hugging Face Transformers, or similar libraries.
• Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Azure ML) and MLOps best practices for continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) of models.
• Automation tools: Comfortable using automation tools sunch as Make, Zapier, Power Automate, etc to create advance workflows
• Good conversational level in English.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Evangelize AI best practices across the organization and externally through workshops, guides, blogs, and speaking engagements.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify, prioritize, and execute AI initiatives that align with organizational objectives.
• Research emerging AI trends and technologies to recommend solutions that provide a competitive advantage. Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.
• Mentor and guide cross-functional teams in adopting AI methodologies and fostering a culture of innovation. Developing an evaluation method to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Partner with stakeholders to develop messaging, pricing strategies, and market positioning for AI-driven initiatives. Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities and business areas.
• Ensure AI tools and processes are implemented responsibly, adhering to ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI adoption and innovation.
• Lead the organization through AI-driven transformations, ensuring alignment and buy-in from all stakeholders. Producing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout its life cycle
