To effectively manage assigned resources, departments and/or locations, ensuring that department or operational goals are achieved and processes and procedures are completed promptly and consistently. Ensures that all activities are in line with company goals and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities may be within a country, across countries or regions.
Candidates interested in the MERN Control tower position must have:
- GCC (international), trucking or road network knowledge or experience.
- Solid operational knowledge of KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Oman and Bahrain market dynamics with experience in managing 24/7 operations.
- Experience working with data, analytics and automation.
- Knowledge on vendor and contract management related tasks.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ground operations with at least 3 years of experience in a leadership position.
- Strong leadership and people management skills with experience in leading team members remotely.
- Experienced with ISO audit preparations and requirements.
- Exposure to financial systems.
- Strong knowledge and experience with DG handling.
- Candidate must be currently based in the UAE.
