Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our industrial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a background in project management within the construction industry, demonstrating expertise in coordinating complex projects, managing teams, and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Duties

• Oversee all phases of project construction.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Develop and manage project schedules using tools.
• Review blueprints and schematics to ensure compliance with design specifications.
• Utilize construction management software for tracking project progress and documentation.
• Lead project meetings to communicate updates, address issues, and facilitate collaboration among team members.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor junior staff members in project coordination best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and project coordination.
• Experience with construction management software such as Procore.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team collaboration and client satisfaction.
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
• A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 – $140,000.00 per year
