Job Title: Senior Recruiters
The Senior Recruiter will be a dedicated and results-oriented professional with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. This role requires a deep understanding of the recruitment process and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will bring MSP recruitment expertise and thrive in a collaborative environment, helping IntelliPro grow its world-class team globally.
Responsibilities:
- Global Recruitment Expertise: Recruit candidates across multiple geographies, ensuring adherence to client and organizational expectations.
- Full-Cycle Recruitment Management: Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal and client needs, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- MSP Recruitment: Work effectively within an MSP (Managed Service Provider) environment, meeting client SLAs and ensuring compliance with client-specific processes and tools.
- Candidate Engagement:Screen resumes, interview qualified candidates, and facilitate interviews and hiring discussions.
- Keep hiring managers and candidates informed throughout the recruitment process.
- Pipeline Building: Create and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future requirements.
- ATS Management: Utilize and maintain accurate records of applicants, including resumes, assignments, and evaluations, in the internal ATS system (APN).
- Job Marketing: Publish job postings on career pages, job boards, and social media platforms.
- Passive Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn and other online resources.
- Offer Management: Drive the offer process, including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters.
- Tactical Sourcing Strategies: Collaborate with hiring managers to devise and execute sourcing strategies tailored to recruitment needs.
- Process Monitoring: Track and meet/exceed SLAs and recruitment metrics for internal and client requirements.
Requirements:
- MSP Recruitment Expertise: Mandatory experience working within an MSP framework, including managing requisitions and client-specific protocols.
- Recruitment Experience: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in Non-IT domains.
- Proven experience recruiting across multiple industries and geographies, with a preference for North America-focused recruitment.
- Global Recruitment Skills: Ability to support various time zones, including US PDT and EDT, with a strong focus on meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
- Results-Driven Mindset: A track record of delivering on SLAs and achieving hiring goals consistently.
- Exceptional Communication: Fluency in English with outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Organized and Proactive: Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and operate with minimal supervision.
- ATS and Sourcing Tools Expertise: Experience using ATS platforms and advanced sourcing tools to identify and engage candidates effectively.
