  Responsible of review and analyze system specifications as inputs to design, create and execute test cases (manual and automated), documenting results and reporting bugs, helping team and stakeholders to troubleshoot issues.

  • Proven experience as QA engineer

  • Cloud technologies DevOps environments within the cross-functional feature team to provide infrastructure expertise and support.
  • Previous exposure to the banking industry/financial services is preferred.
  • Strong development background
  • Competent in tools required to automate CI/CD pipeline- Jenkins pipelines, GitHub, Jira, Confluence, Artifactory, Docker Containers, Kubernetes, Bitbucket.
  • Competent in Version Control (Git/GitHub), Continuous Integration Tools (like Jenkins), Work Management Tools (like Jira)
  • Bash Shell scripting, Maven/Gradle scripting, AIX/Linux, Application Servers, Banking systems and their integration, Web Services, Microservices, SpringBoot, Java 11.
  • Competent in enterprise application delivery and design techniques, including release and source code branching strategies.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Expertise in Automation & excellent documentation skills
  • Expert administration skills in Linux server platform technologies.
  • Advanced knowledge in automating Linux platforms leveraging Bash.
  • Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, VPC, subnetting, VPNs, etc), security and optimization.
  • Cloud Infrastructure logging and monitoring (cloud-native or 3rd-party vendor solutions like Splunk and Dyntrace)
  • Traditional On-Premises Infrastructure technologies (e.g., virtualization, storage, networking).
  • Working knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Familiar with software security tools like BlackDuck, Fortify, Aquasec, and SonarQube

  SRE (Onsite CDMX, GDL, MTY, SLW)

  • Proactively build and implement services to make IT and support better at their jobs.
  • Design and implement dashboard that provide valuable real-time insights of platform key metrics.
  • Leads engagement with software developers, DevOps and other infrastructure engineers to integrate software development and delivery from inception to full operation, ensuring robust released software and systems.
  • Optimizing on-call rotations & processes.
  • Ensure Incidents assigned to the team are being managed within agreed SLAs
  • Ensure alarms are documented in up to date Knowledge Base Articles.
  • Conduct pot-incident reviews to identify platform status.
  • What we’re looking for:
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent relevant to SR or Automation/development experience.
  • Site Reliability Engineering or related position in some of the majors Cloud Platforms.
  • Involved in the automation of multi-tenant systems, preferably in a cloud environment.
  • Good understanding of Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) philosophies, technologies, platforms and tools, SLO management, incident resolution, and automation;
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, non-technical language
  • Building Infrastructure-As-Code.
  • Docker and Kubernetes and networking concepts.
  • Graphana and Prometeus.
  • Integration experience with Pager-Duty, ServiceNow, Datadog.
  • Expertise with system and performance monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, etc.).

  IT System Administrator (remote)

  • Experience as an administrator of Atlassian products (Jira, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Crowd)
  • Strong proficiency in system administration tasks such as setting up projects, creating and maintaining Agile team data, and configuring project boards (scrum/kanban).
  • Knowledgeable in AWS VPC for hosting Data Center versions of Atlassian products
  • Experience with GitHub administration including creating teams, managing access, and troubleshooting user permissions.
  • Experience running system maintenance tasks, updating add-ons, pruning unused components, and reclaiming licenses.
  • Familiarity with Data Center guardrails and best practices to ensure optimal performance and reliability of the Atlassian platform is essential.

  Data Analyst (remote)

  • Experience working with BI tools (preferably Tableau, Looker or equivalent) and distributing data insights via reports and dashboards. Preferred to have experience with Tableau.
  • Strong SQL knowledge (preferably Athena, BigQuery) including writing efficient queries
  • Familiarity using Python for data analysis and exploration
  • Flexible to work on multiple visualization tools
  • Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale
