• Inspiring and leading the team to achieve common goals by meeting monthly and quarterly KPIs;
• Working with the client base: turning leads into passionate advocates of our services;
• Participating in client negotiations, delivering outstanding presentations, and closing mutually beneficial deals;
• Testing hypotheses and conducting research within the advertising domain;
• Streamlining and improving team processes to ensure every step drives results;
• Collaborating with other departments (legal, finance) to achieve synergy.

You Are Perfect For Us If

• You have at least 2 years of management experience and are ready to inspire your team to achieve outstanding results;
• You are well-versed in digital sales with over 2 years of experience in the field;
• Your English level is B2-C1, allowing you to communicate effortlessly with international clients;
• You are a multitasking pro with ambition, organizational skills, and exceptional communication and emotional intelligence;
• You have experience working in a digital agency and influencer marketing (1+ year), which will be a significant advantage.
