Position: Help Desk Technician – Tier 1 Support

Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tier 1 Help Desk Technician to provide both field services and remote support. This role is pivotal in maintaining our IT infrastructure and supporting our staff across various locations.

MANDATORY TO FILL IN

(Only candidates with at least one these certifications or similar will be contacted)

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, with certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, or MS-102 preferred.

OR

• Proficiency in CompTIA A+, Net+ and Sec+ certifications or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and configure IT equipment for users, ensuring all hardware and software are optimized for performance.
• Run the ticketing queue.
• Provide remote technical support, resolving software and administrative issues promptly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network connectivity issues, including maintenance of switches, Wi-Fi, and printers at the hiring branch.
• Perform basic administration of Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environment connected via Entra Connect.
• Assist with the maintenance of IT inventory and documentation of IT processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, with certifications such as MS-900, MD-102, or MS-102 preferred.
• Proficiency in CompTIA A+, Net+ and Sec+ certifications or equivalent.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English.
• A strong customer service background, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users.

ü Collaborators bill every 14 days, 80 hours of work to CNN Logistics Canada INC

ü Deposits on Fridays every two weeks accordingly.
