What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a point of escalation, researching and responding to customer inquiries and complaints
• Interact with customers through inbound and outbound calls, troubleshooting to provide resolutions
• Identify emerging trends and notify leadership to improve customer service
• Provide written and verbal responses to customer inquiries, including composing letters and emails
• Manage a pipeline of cases while maintaining compliance with critical deadlines

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum of 5 years of related experience in customer service or support roles
• Prior experience handling customer escalations and written complaints in a relevant field
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with the mortgage servicing industry or related products/services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex information in a customer-friendly manner
• Skills in conflict resolution and negotiation
