Our client, a fast-growing healthcare company specializing in compounded pharmaceuticals and personalized medication solutions, is seeking a Remote Inside Sales Representative to help grow a thriving client base and maintain strong connections with existing customers. What you’ll do as an Inside Pharmaceutical Sales Representative:
- Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, including healthcare providers and medical facilities, through outbound calls, emails, and digital platforms.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build long-term client relationships, providing product support and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations: Communicate the benefits of products, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report sales activities, interactions, and opportunities using CRM tools.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer service teams to optimize the customer experience.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience, ideally in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with a knack for building rapport.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales processes.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
