What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee project phases and deliverables, including budgeting, scheduling, and risk management
• Manage communication and expectations with business leads and project teams to ensure project needs are met
• Conduct root cause analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders through presentations and reports
• Create project documentation such as charters, status reports, and meeting agendas
• Monitor survey data for compliance and efficiency in processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Program Management or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Project Manager; experience in Experience Management is a plus
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

• Experience managing business analysts and developers
• High level of comfort with analytical tools and reporting platforms such as Power BI
• Ability to train teams on scope changes and change control processes
