We are recruiting on behalf of our client – a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

• Efficient and fast online recruitment process
• We do NOT require previous experience, we will teach you everything
• Remote work in Portugal

The project:

Support German speaking customers of the world’s third-largest cruise brand as well as the leader in Europe, South America, the Gulf region and Southern Africa, and the fastest-growing global cruise brand with a strong presence in the Caribbean, North America and the Far East markets.

What you will be doing:

• Cross-Sell or Upsell cruises packages and associated products
• Customer support for post-booking and booking management
• Support travel agents with bookings and booking management
• Support customer with information about a range of questions like destination, boats, documentations, prices etc.

Requirements:

• Fluency in German language (must be at least C2)
• Communicative level of English language ( at least B2)
• Previous sales experience!
• You live anywhere in Portugal
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer

• Full time contract
• Base salary (gross): 1100€/month x 14
• Meal allowance: 6€/per working day (paid in meal card)
