Key Responsibilities
- SEO Strategy Development:
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth.
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics.
- Content Marketing:
- Develop and execute a content marketing strategy to attract and retain customers.
- Collaborate with the product and design teams to create blogs, case studies, and other content assets.
- Digital Advertising and Campaign Management:
- Plan and manage paid search and social media campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to optimize ad performance and landing pages.
- Social Media Management:
- Create and manage content calendars for social platforms.
- Engage with the online community to build brand awareness and foster relationships.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and others to measure campaign success.
- Provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
- Collaboration and Strategy Development:
- Work with the product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors’ activities.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education: MBA in Marketing or a related field (preferred but not mandatory with proven skills).
- Experience:
- 0-3 years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Experience in marketing for tech or SaaS companies is a plus.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz).
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Basic understanding of front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS) is a plus.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
