Help in formulating marketing collaterals & strategies for the offerings.
Briefing and Coordinating with the creative team for monthly creatives.
Posting and interacting with comments on WW social media platforms- Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube
Social media management and analysis- target tracking weekly for organic growth- Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram
Tagging and hashtags for each post to ensure highest visibility -organically.
Research and execution of LinkedIn ADs.
Website checks and updates- follow up with the team.
Emailer marketing- mail chimp
2. Handling Sales Enquiries
Preparing and customizing proposal decks for clients.
Handling and updating the excel for costings.
Draft and send emails to clients, including follow-up communications.
Track leads systematically to monitor progress and ensure timely follow-ups.
Respond to enquiry mails & research suitable options for clients.
3. Events and workshops
Assist in planning events and ensure smooth execution by attending and managing on-ground operations.
Research on Potential partnerships and events.
Timely payment on ground printing & installation if any.
Meeting Clients face to face at the stall.
Collect database through WW google form.
Updating real-time about events on social media.
Making Content (Pictures, Videos, Stories).
Website updates if any and also populating YouTube with title and description.
Brainstorm innovative ideas to make events more interactive and effective
Event & Vendor Coordination to meet deadlines and deliverables.
4. Business Development and Research
Identify and generate leads across various sectors, including Schools, B2B, and B2C channels.
Coordinate with the team to track and manage their leads effectively.
Update and maintain a comprehensive lead database to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Regularly update and manage the hotel’s database.
5. Reports, Reviews & Self-learning
Make a PPT every month reviewing the above 4 points with 2 slides each.
Present the PPT on the first Tuesday of every month to Sai & Arpita.
Research on LinkedIn marketing proactively and learn
Research on competition and global trends.
Collate podcast topics, ideas, speakers for future.
