What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Manage sales forecasts and provide operational guidance to sales teams
  • Collaborate with supporting functions and sales management to optimize systems and processes
  • Identify and provide feedback on process and systems improvements to relevant teams
  • Build and support ad-hoc pipeline, data requests, and Salesforce.com hygiene
  • Provide first-line support for ongoing sales processes, BI tools, and systems

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 7+ years of Sales Operations experience with a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, business strategy, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with a software or SaaS organization, including direct customer contact
  • Proficiency in working with complex data sets, formulas, and CRM tools for impactful reporting
  • Ability to articulate go-to-market strategies and think strategically and analytically
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a “can do” attitude

  • Experience with Salesforce.com and CPQ tools
