Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Performance Marketing Manager at Branded Genius. The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing performance-driven marketing campaigns, analyzing campaign performance data, optimizing campaigns for ROI, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive marketing strategies. Manage daily projects and control the Salesfunnel from the Tool Gohighlevel.

Qualifications

• Performance Marketing, Data Analysis, and Campaign Optimization skills
• Experience with digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms
• Experience in AI-driven marketing strategies is a plus like expert skills using Tracking tools and chat gbt.

Work-Condition

Salary: $400 – $500 per month depends on your Experience.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9 hours everyday day

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years, Mid to Senior Level

Language Proficiency: Moderate English

Responsibilities:

– Set up, optimize, and manage Google Ads, Linkedin and Facebook campaigns.

– Build and manage sales funnels for lead generation and conversion. with the Tool Gohighlevel.

– Organize and execute marketing projects effectively and on schedule.

– Use tools like Photoshop for basic graphic design tasks.

– Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements.

– Stay updated on marketing trends and integrate AI tools into daily tasks.

Requirements:

– 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.

– Hands-on experience with Google Ads, sales funnels, and project management.

– Basic skills in Photoshop or similar graphic design tools.

– Eager to learn and use AI tools.

– Basic to moderate proficiency in English.

– Available full-time 9 hours every day(Monday-Saturday).
