Job Description: As a Senior Software Engineer at Accelario, you will design, develop, and maintain features for our core platform. You’ll work on cutting-edge technology that leverages AI, cloud scalability, and automation to solve complex data challenges. This role requires a passion for coding, expertise in cloud-based architectures, and experience working within agile development environments. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Design, develop, and enhance core platform features, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Code Quality: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices and internal standards.
• System Architecture: Contribute to the architectural design of scalable and reliable systems, with a strong focus on microservices, cloud-native applications, and high availability.
• Testing & Debugging: Implement and maintain unit, integration, and system tests. Identify and resolve bugs and performance bottlenecks.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, DevOps, and QA teams to understand requirements, participate in code reviews, and ensure seamless integration and deployment.
• Optimization & Automation: Proactively seek opportunities to optimize processes, enhance automation, and improve efficiency across the platform.
• Mentorship: Mentor and support junior engineers, providing guidance on technical issues, code quality, and best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong background in designing and developing scalable web applications and services.
• Proficiency in Programming Languages: Expertise in languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. Experience with multiple programming paradigms is a plus.
• Cloud & Distributed Systems: Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and microservices architectures, with an understanding of Kubernetes and Docker.
• Database Knowledge: Proficiency in working with both relational (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, DynamoDB) databases.
• Testing & Debugging Skills: Strong background in unit testing, integration testing, and debugging tools.
• Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development practices and experience working in a CI/CD environment.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex technical problems and optimize code for performance and scalability.
• Communication & Teamwork: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
• Technical Leadership: Ability to guide and mentor junior team members, with a commitment to high-quality code and continuous improvement.
