What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze factors driving digital product growth and validate findings using customer-centric design practices
• Partner with data scientists to build scalable data infrastructure for generating insights
• Conduct research on internal systems and competitive landscape to inform strategies for product adoption and engagement
• Collaborate with product managers to support execution of digital product roadmaps and rollout plans
• Monitor and analyze customer interactions with products to validate market fit and drive growth

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, including relevant product management experience
• Proven ability to analyze data and make recommendations that influence customer journey maps
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Knowledge of Customer Journey Management and Digital Product Management

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Demonstrated passion for Customer Experience and advocacy for customers
• At least 1-2 years of experience with digital products in a Digital Product Analyst or Digital Service Analyst role
• Familiarity with Agile development methodology
• Knowledge of ‘VOC’ and customer analytics technologies
• Experience in the healthcare or clinical lab industry
