Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute creative strategies that lead to successful project outcomes while ensuring high client satisfaction.
- Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager to define project requirements, including staffing, project timelines, and deliverables, well in advance of project kick-off.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure all prerequisites are in place before project initiation.
- Manage daily project activities, providing stakeholders and clients with regular updates on project progress and performance metrics.
- Identify and address potential project risks by developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
- Review project deliverables ahead of client presentations to guarantee they meet established quality and compliance standards.
- Ensure strict adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and client specifications.
- Gather and analyze client feedback to continually improve our service offerings.
- Work alongside the Engineering Manager and BizOps Lead to enhance operational policies and processes, minimizing inefficiencies.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings to maximize client value.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly within service delivery or consulting contexts.
- Proven experience in security, blockchain, or distributed systems services.
- Demonstrated success in managing projects with global cross-functional teams.
- Strong aptitude for identifying and pursuing follow-on service opportunities.
- Excellent collaborative skills, adept at working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a proactive stance on risk management.
- Outstanding communication and organizational proficiency.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree or certification in Project Management, Security, or Blockchain is preferred.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management within the technology sector.
