Project Manager Security Engineering Informal (Remote)

Join our innovative team as a Project Manager within our Security Engineering division, where you will play a crucial role in steering high-impact projects that enhance the security and functionality of blockchain technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute creative strategies that lead to successful project outcomes while ensuring high client satisfaction.
• Collaborate closely with the Engineering Manager to define project requirements, including staffing, project timelines, and deliverables, well in advance of project kick-off.
• Oversee the onboarding process to ensure all prerequisites are in place before project initiation.
• Manage daily project activities, providing stakeholders and clients with regular updates on project progress and performance metrics.
• Identify and address potential project risks by developing and implementing effective risk management strategies.
• Review project deliverables ahead of client presentations to guarantee they meet established quality and compliance standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and client specifications.
• Gather and analyze client feedback to continually improve our service offerings.
• Work alongside the Engineering Manager and BizOps Lead to enhance operational policies and processes, minimizing inefficiencies.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and expanding service offerings to maximize client value.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, particularly within service delivery or consulting contexts.
• Proven experience in security, blockchain, or distributed systems services.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects with global cross-functional teams.
• Strong aptitude for identifying and pursuing follow-on service opportunities.
• Excellent collaborative skills, adept at working with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities with a proactive stance on risk management.
• Outstanding communication and organizational proficiency.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• A relevant Bachelor’s degree or certification in Project Management, Security, or Blockchain is preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project management within the technology sector.
