Responsibilities
- Lead multiple high-impact projects on Publishing.ai, ensuring timely execution and delivery
- Collaborate with the Head of Product to define the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives
- Identify and fill all gaps across teams, processes, and products to ensure seamless execution
- Mentor Product team members, with the potential to step into management as the team scales
- Continuously iterate on products and processes to drive improvement and innovation
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to deliver intuitive and high-quality user experiences
Results
- Successfully deliver features and updates that enhance Publishing.ai’s user experience and drive adoption
- Consistently refine product usability and functionality, while moving our north star and key metrics
- Build scalable processes to support a rapidly growing product and team
- Establish a strong feedback loop with internal and external stakeholders to improve product development
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software product management, with a strong track record of shipping and managing complex features
- Hands-on experience at fast-growing startups and more established tech companies, across both web and mobile platforms, and in consumer and enterprise spaces
- Strong technical acumen, including the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and familiarity with modern development practices
- Proven ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and manage stakeholder expectations
- Keen intuition for user experience on both a detailed and macro level, with the ability to work effectively with Design teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and collaborate across teams
Expected Compensation
$200,000 – $250,000 USD Annually + Bonus
